Location : Onsite in Indianapolis / Crawfordsville
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8-5
What work will you perform?
You will be responsible for facilitating interactive classes covering both safety and business topics with the intention of reducing accidents and increasing retention figures.
You will encourage drivers to discuss best practices as they relate to safety and running a successful business. The CABS Coordinator provides assistance to BCO's on developing business plans that maximize revenue opportunities.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Facilitate interactive business classes
- Provide solutions when questions, problems, or concerns arise
- Assist with three-year contract and hazmat certification renewals
- Cover clerical duties including answering phone calls
Required Minimum Experience and Education :
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Three months of related experience
Preferred Experience and Education :
- 6 months experience in the trucking industry
- 6 months public speaking or training experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to inspire / motivate others
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to perform quality work with minimal supervision
- Strong time management
Licenses :
Valid Driver's License Required
