Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store profitability and achieve sales targets.
- Train and supervise store staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and follow company policies and procedures.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
- Utilize math skills to analyze sales data, calculate profits, and create financial reports.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling staff shifts, managing payroll, and maintaining employee records.

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in basic math calculations for inventory management and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and foster a positive work environment.
- Proven experience in retail or customer service management is preferred.
- Familiarity with the local market trends and competition is a plus.
