Katz Properties is Hiring a Painter Near Madison, WI
We are looking for a painter to join our property maintenance staff at The Monticello Apartments in West Madison.
Responsibilities
- Accurately prep for painting walls, doors, and trim, both interior and exterior
- Painting using brush and roller
- Drywall patching and repairing
- Cleaning and general maintenance repairs
- Ability to operate extension ladders and are comfortable with heights
- Quality control ensuring the job is done well and accurately
- Experience with paint sprayer
Must have at least 1 year painting experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
