Jockey is seeking a Consumer Care Agent to join our team!

As a Consumer Care Agent at JOCKEY , you'll have the opportunity to work for a globally recognized brand in our corporate Contact Center located in Kenosha, WI . This role entails assisting our consumers in placing product orders via phone, email, text, and LiveChat, while providing exceptional customer support.
The schedule for this role will be: Wednesday to Friday 11:30AM-8:00PM and Saturdays 9:00AM-5:30 PM
What you'll do:

• Answer inbound consumer calls; assist in placing customer orders
• Respond to consumer inquiries
• Respond to shipping inquiries; answer order status questions
• Demonstrative effective problem solving and customer relation skills
• Provide answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability
• Enter relevant information into CRM database system after each contact, ensuring pertinent customer data
• Provide feedback to supervisors on processes and customer interactions as necessary
• Attend training sessions to continuously improve product and procedure knowledge

• High School degree or equivalent
• One year of experience in a customer service, call center, or retail environment
• Solid communication skills, both verbally and written
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, along with a positive demeanor
• Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
