Job Summary

Individual is an integral member of the operational team. In this role you will design and create digital and letter content for communication with consumers. You will act as a liaison to facilitate collaboration between business lines, infrastructure, and other members of Jefferson Capital. The Digital Print Editor is the technical expert for the applications that they support. This person will be responsible for content testing, production sampling, and version control. The individual will also be responsible for the internal Communication Committee and working with outside vendors.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develops an in-depth understanding of Jefferson Capital business processes, systems, and compliance platforms.
• Works with other members of the business units to develop new letters and enhance existing

• Performs one on one interviews, hosts group meetings, and conducts

REQUIREMENTS

• Some College
• Technical understanding of Microsoft Word and HTML
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

• Proficiency in logic-based programming concepts.
• Experience in the financial services industry (credit, banking, insurance,) preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to be influential through both written and verbal interactions with a variety of audiences.
