The Role:

iA is seeking a dynamic New Logo Account Executive with a proven track record in exceeding sales targets for transformative technology solutions. Responsibilities include promoting and selling pharmacy fulfillment software and automation solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency for providers worldwide.

What you’ll do:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential pharmacy distribution clients for our software and automation solutions, cultivating strong relationships to drive sales.
  • Sales Strategy: Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to deliver revenue targets, collaborating with the sales team and other departments as needed.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals, tailored to meet the specific needs of pharmacy clients, showcasing the benefits of our solutions.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, address concerns, and finalize contracts, ensuring a positive solution for both the client and the company.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our pharmacy software and automation products to effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to adapt and refine sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the product development and marketing teams to provide valuable insights from client interactions and contribute to product enhancement and marketing strategies.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably within pharmacy automation, medical technologies, or solution-based technologies sectors.
  • Strong understanding of pharmacy industry processes and challenges preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Compensation:

The estimated base annual salary range for this position is $85,414 to $117,445, though a candidate’s base annual salary shall be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience. This position is also eligible for commission payments.
