Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Infection Preventionist Program Manager. The Infection Preventionist Program Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating infection prevention programs at Thomas Jefferson University and Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals. This includes planning, implementing, and evaluating infection control practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and developing and delivering educational programs related to infection prevention. The Infection Preventionist Program Manager will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and provide expertise on infection prevention and control. Qualifications

• Experience in infection prevention and control
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and guidelines related to infection prevention
• Experience planning, implementing, and evaluating infection control practices
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Master's degree in Public Health, Nursing, or a related field
