About the team:

The firm’s Private Wealth Services team of 20 attorneys, advises clients regarding wealth management issues for families with global investments or family members in jurisdictions around the world. Some of the services they offer include: advising families interested in U.S investments and acquisitions, developing tax efficient investment structures, creating vehicles to serve as investment platforms, advising on co-investment in hedge funds and equity funds, establishing family offices, and assisting families with corporate governance, immigration, and estate planning.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of law firm experience
• Knowledge and experience with high-net-worth estate and tax planning, estate, and trust administration, and drafting wills and trust agreements is a must
• Excellent drafting, writing and analytical skills
• Accurate and strong attention to detail
• Outstanding academic credentials
• Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
• Tax LLM is a strong plus but not required
• Admission to CA bar required
• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
