Purpose of Position: Responsible for helping technician and driver in delivering five-gallon water jugs to residential and business customers, installation and repair of equipment, providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude both in store and in the field, and maintaining a clean and functional warehouse space by loading, stocking and washing bottles as needed.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Ensures customer satisfaction by providing positive customer experience to walk-in and delivery customers. Provide effective and concise communication with customers, staff and vendors.
2. Efficient and effective bottle pick up, delivery, sanitization, filling, and stocking of bottles.
3. Provide accurate and timely stock counts and inventory on all inventoried items as well as supplies.
4. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
5. Assist customers with the loading and unloading equipment as requested.
6. Protects the health of others by maintaining clean, orderly and safe work practices.
7. This is an "all other duties assigned” position as work responsibilities will vary based on customer needs and your skill.
A Successful Applicant will:
- Be punctual and reliable
- Have a good driving record and reliable personal transportation
- Maintain good personal hygiene
- Be a self-starter (well organized, and a team player)
- Have good verbal communication skills (for both our team and our clients)
- Have a good customer service attitude
- Have a mechanical aptitude (some basic familiarity with plumbing, electrical and mechanical controls and systems) or at least be willing to learn about them. Plumbing experience is ideal.
- Be able to lift 50 pounds
- Be willing to work down in a crawl space, boiler room, or anywhere a water system might be.
- Be able to use hand and power tools
