Jani-King International Inc. is Hiring an Account Executive Near Columbus, OH
This individual must have a successful sales background. Additionally, our perfect candidate will be responsible for providing our franchisees and clients the support, training, and customer service needed to continually represent and uphold the Jani-King commercial cleaning standard.
The position requires the the applicant to be assertive, self-motivated, detail oriented, organized and hard working. Applicant should have excellent communication skills and not be afraid to speak in front of an audience. They must be comfortable meeting with high level executives and other members of management from some of Jani-King's current and prospective clients.
Base Salary Commission PTO Vacation Time Bonus Structure = Great Opportunity!
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, EXPERIENCE IN BUSINESS TO BUSINESS SALES AND MARKETING WILL BE REQUIRED. NEW FRANCHISE DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS.
The right candidate will possess:
- Highly polished professional appearance and demeanor.
- The desire to learn all aspects of commercial cleaning.
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning a plus.
- Computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Very assertive and confident.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage others and work with a large franchise community.
- Able to conduct and lead weekly meetings with staff and franchisees.
- Valid driver's license plus clear MVR and background check required.
