Client:

• Small Acute Care Hospital

Responsibilities: Director Of Quality

• Oversees Risk Management, Infection Control, and Employee Health
• Manages PI activities of the Hospital
• Oversees and coordinates the Quality Committee
• Assists in the establishment of operational performance measurements and monitoring of trends in key performance indicators
• Develops effective data collection, organization, and evaluation systems for monitoring the quality of patient care
• Coordinates all survey activities and plays an active role in activities to ensure survey readiness
• Implements policies, procedures, and objectives
• Required On-site, not remote
• Reports to CEO

Qualifications: Director Of Quality

• Texas Registered Nurse License or Compact License
• Experience in Hospital Quality, Survey Readiness, Risk Management, Infection Control, and Employee Health
• Experience in interpretation of raw data and comparative analysis and coordinating survey activities preferred
• Experience with Hospital regulatory and accrediting bodies is preferred.
