Overview:
We are seeking a Field Focus Trainer to join our team. You will work hand in hand with the management team to ensure that the caregivers receive proper training and the clients are given the best care.

Responsibilities:
- Train caregivers with current and new clients
- Provide coaching and support to employees to reinforce learning and drive performance improvement

- Fill in shifts as needed during working hours

-Partake in on-call rotation

Skills:
- Strong communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to be able to remain calm and collected during various situations
- Ability to come up with training techniques to ensure clients have the best care
- Basic Understanding of Word Doc/PowerPoint, etc
- Research skills to gather relevant information for training materials
- Knowledge of employee relations best practices

This would be a salary postion and you would recieve OT pay for hours worked outside of your salary hours.

You will have to be able to travel as we take clients in Knox and surrounding counties and you would be working and doing visits in home with them.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• On call

• Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
