Schedule: Full Time; Part-time; Per Diem

$29.00 per hour (PD)

Position Overview:

Under the direction of the Head Nurse or Nursing Supervisor, LPN is responsible for providing professional nursing care within the scope of administrative guidelines and in accordance with established policies and procedures.

General Responsibilities:

Will monitor drug interactions and administer medications; document medication administration; reports all urgent changes to RN, Charge Nurse or Supervisor; assist residents in all areas of personal care and activities of daily living; assists physician with resident rounds; assumes charge of nursing unit in absence of RN under direction of Nursing Supervisor. Ability to deal tactfully with employees, residents, families, visitors and the general public. Ability to supervise LNA’s.

Qualifications:

· Must be licensed as an LPN by the State of New Hampshire

· Certification in cardio-pulmonary resuscitation
