Hana Technologies, Inc. is Hiring an Engineering Technician Near Solon, OH
- Support manufacturing operations by installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment. Key player in equipment uptime, quality and run rate.
- High school diploma / GED
- Trade School certificate and/or Engineering degree preferred
- 3 years of experience in equipment setup, electronics, semiconductor, or LCD technology.
- 3 years of hands-on work experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment. Electrical, Mechanical, and software.
- Extensive equipment repair experience (Motors, drives, gears, electrical, software, etc)
- Extensive Preventive Maintenance experience
- Assist with equipment installations, startup, & qualification.
- Perform preventive maintenance & calibrations on major production equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical equipment, & material problems.
- Assist engineering with process developments.
- Collect & report data on process, product, or machine performance.
- Monitor equipment uptime, report issues, propose solutions to equipment issues.
- Run production equipment & train operators as needed.
- Review new or old documentation for accuracy or compliance.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Skilled in the use of a wide variety of tools & test equipment.
- Cleanroom experience desirable.
- Associate degree in a technical discipline preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- Superior organization & problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Office products
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to remain standing as needed to complete necessary repairs, installations, & testing
