• Received mail and process accordingly.
• Apply all cash applications as applicable.
• Research payment discrepancies and file claims for repayment or request credit if applicable with a verified billing error.
• Coordinate with team members to review and resolve issues.
• Maintain and coordinate records of accounts receivables.
• Perform Other job related duties as requested.

Qualification

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college or accounting degree preferred.
• Some college or accounting degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong attention to detail.
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers and Hillandale team members.
