WHAT'S YOUR NIGHT LIKE?

As a part-time Hotel Auditor - Night Clerk, you will play a crucial role in the effective operation of our night emergency plans. You will assist guests with efficiency, courtesy, and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include checking guests out in a prompt manner, adhering to cash handling policies, maintaining a clean front desk area, and staying updated on brand-specific requirements and promotions. Additionally, you will ensure that hotel loss prevention policies are followed, act as the manager on duty to address guest complaints, and audit guest and group accounts for accuracy. WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A HOTEL AUDITOR - NIGHT CLERK?

We're looking for someone who can work part-time from 11 PM to 7 AM while meeting the following qualifications:

• Hotel experience
• Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers
• Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, and upward reach
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
• Excellent customer service skills

Computer skills would be a plus!
