I started a small chiropractic office with a glimpse of a bolder dream in 2004 and I had no idea what I was doing. I knew how to be a decent Chiropractor after associating for 4 years, but didn’t know business. I had the dream and the vision and I wanted to build something special. A place where employees loved to come to work and prayed they would get the job after returning home from an interview with us.

We fought expansion for 13 years in our first tiny office until we found the perfect spot. That’s when we took a leap of faith and expanded into a bigger, fancier space in Westlake. It worked great and was a huge success.We experienced exponential growth year after year.

We followed this blessing-filled business model and opened a second location in Ohio City. That office experienced accelerated success in just 6 months because we now had a blueprint. At month 8 we hit 200 visits in a week and hired that location’s first associate chiropractor.

Base salary of $85,000 with a bonus system of 25% over your collections. The sky’s the limit on your earning protentional with no cap restrictions.

You’ll be joining a team of experienced clinic director chiropractors, seasoned and professional CA’s, well-oiled procedures, a marketing director and a 24 year experienced CEO who is still in the trenches.

We train and practice weekly on how to be a great chiropractor and even better leader.
