Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri is Hiring a Grass Cutter/General Maintenance Near Pevely, MO
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS And ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Maintains grounds by cutting grass weekly or as needed, trimming and weed removal
- Performs general maintenance of the lawn mower such as changing tires, checking and changing oil
- Removes limbs and rocks from grounds and takes to camp refuse area
- Perform small maintenance projects
- Performs housekeeping projects
- Consistently demonstrates a climate of courtesy, respect, and professionalism to staff, volunteers, members and general public
Qualifications
- Basic computer knowledge to record time worked
- Meets GSUSA Membership requirements and attained the minimum age of 17
- Belief in the Mission of Girl Scouting
- Abides by national and local Girl Scout policies, standards and procedures and American Camp Association standards and procedures
- Holds a valid drivers license
- Has demonstrated good judgement, maturity, flexibility and ability to maintain a positive attitude
- is required to talk and hear, stand and walk, and is frequently very active and often requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping and crouching.
- is required to reach with hands and arms
- must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
