Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Counter Associate at Hampton located in Cookeville, TN. The Front Counter Associate will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, computer literacy, customer service, and communication. Daily tasks include greeting guests, answering phones, assisting with check-ins/check-outs, providing information about the hotel and local area, ensuring guest satisfaction, and handling guest complaints or issues.
Qualifications
- Excellent phone etiquette, receptionist duties, and customer service skills
- Strong computer literacy skills
