POSITION SUMMARY: Provide support to Mission Services department including creating and maintaining reports, auditing mission services case files, maintaining resource lists and directories, maintaining the volunteer sheet and program and maintaining partnership lists. Provide reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

- High School/GED required
- Experience with computer programs required (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, client database, etc.)
- Valid TX driver license and good driving record
- Some College preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information
- Ability to positively interact and communicate with all levels of the organization
- Ability to operate a variety of computer software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Online calendar, outlook, client database, etc.
- Ability to produce quality documents paying great attention to detail, proofing, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Audit case files and online client data files (E)
- Maintain volunteer program and processes (E)
- Organize and maintain records, enter data and produce documents as requested (E)
- Develop and produce general correspondences, charts, table, graphs, etc. (E)
- Provide reports as needed to Director of Mission Services (E)
- Schedule meetings/appointments as requested by supervisor (E)
- Assist with Goodwill activities, events and special projects
- Receive and make calls as appropriate (E)
- Communicate appropriately & positively with co-workers and others (E)
- Successfully operate a variety of computer software applications such as Microsoft word, excel, Outlook, client database, etc. (E)
- Accurately complete tasks and projects in a timely manner (E)
- Able and willing to be a team player to promote the mission of Goodwill-West Texas (E)
- Perform other duties & responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
