Frankston Packaging is Hiring a Continuous Improvement Coordinator Near Tyler, TX
Responsibilities:
- Develop and utilize tools to analyze, summarize, and display and present data to Leadership
- Provide meaningful metrics that assess current performance (waste tracking, on-time delivery tracking, complaint tracking), communicate status of all quality issues to management via a weekly report, and work with management to set performance goals that support the quality system as well as overall plant success.
- Actively promote participation in and adherence to both the quality system and any other measures aimed toward the detection, correction, and prevention of non-conforming product.
- Work with purchasing, CSR's, and Manufacturing to reduce the order time from pre-PO through delivery
- Create, maintain, and update quality system documentation, including work instructions, job descriptions, corrective actions, preventative actions, supplier corrective actions, and in-process inspection checklists.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, or other related fields
- Strong root-cause analysis skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
