Flagstop is the largest locally owned and operated car wash company in central Virginia. This key position will manage the overall operations of one of our car wash facilities.

Flagstop is the largest locally owned and operated car wash company in central Virginia. This key position will manage the overall operations of one of our car wash facilities.

- Safely provide an excellent service experience for our customers
- Responsible for overall store safety, employee orientation, performance management, training, development, scheduling, and inventory
- Reponsible for on-site maintenance issues (troubleshooting and fixing).
- A salaried position requiring 45 hours per week
- Desire to manage in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Exercise hands-on leadership and set the example
- Have a strong desire to drive revenue through customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, and increased business.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- **Heavy maintenance background, preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience.
- Car wash, quick-serve restaurant, or other related experience a plus
- Experience managing a group of 10-20 employees.
- Experience in a position that dealt with customer's face to face
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong work ethic and motivation
- Basic computer skills
- A valid state driver's license
- Bilingual (Spanish) is not required but it's a plus
