Temporary Description This summer, Girl Scouts of Western Washington (GSWW) is offering an exciting opportunity to experience summer at beautiful Camp River Ranch, a lakefront property nestled in a rainforest in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains, in Carnation. The Business Manager plays a vital role in providing structure and support to campers, guests, and staff. The Business Manager oversees all office operations, including but not limited to adjusting guest reservations; communicating camper/guest needs to the program and property team; checking in individuals arriving to camp; filing and data management, managing the camp store, and performs various office tasks as needed. This person also maintains responsive e-mail and face-to-face communications with campers, guests, troops, and groups along with other duties as needed. Strong organizational skills are a large component of this position and the ability to interface with both internal and external customers. Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as the typical schedule for this position will be Wednesday- Sunday. Overnight housing is optional, staff are not required to stay on camp. Meals will not be provided, however, space to cook and store food will be available. Requirements Position Benefits:

General Responsibilities
Communicate and work with all staff, campers, and parents in a mature manner
Answer phones and take messages
Copy, file, sort, and manage important paperwork
Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive material
Participate in camp life, including songs, meals, activities, campfire, staff training, meetings, and camp closing
Complete tasks timely, efficiently, and thoroughly
Carry out established duties regarding camper health, safety, and program goals
Gather needs of the week from kitchen for cookouts & other program supply needs. Shop for needed items when bulk order is not available or not best
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications :
Age 25
Excellent organization skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently of close supervision
Current CPR and First Aid or willingness to obtain
High School Graduate or equivalent
Valid Driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to drive a 12-passenger van
Preferred Qualifications
Previous administrative/office experience answering phones, using a copy machine, etc.
Previous Girl Scout experience or experience working in an overnight camp setting
