Position Overview

Multi Site Leasing Specialist is needed to assist property manager with filling vacant units. Candidate will be required to advertise, take calls/inquiries, provide the best customer experience during calls, discuss the various requirements and amenities each property has to over and show units to customers, may also need to upkeep property as needed. You must be a motivated individual willing to go above and beyond. 

Requirements

Leasing Experience (preferred) 
Yardi proficiency is a MUST
Must be clean cut and maintain a professional appearance.
Must be welcoming and have excellent customer service.
Adaptable, flexible, and patient.
Bilingual – ability to speak Spanish preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Be tech savvy – ability to work with multiple different websites.
Be motivated and driven to help yourself and the company grow.
Able to relocate and support surrounding properties upon request
Ability to work with managers and supervisors with coordinating a time to show units.

• Variable, candidate must have open availability.

• $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
