We are seeking an Associate Network Technician to provide quality customer service and network and hardware/software support to FCCI systems user’s workstations or related peripheral equipment. Work collaboratively with teammates to troubleshoot connectivity issues, install equipment or software to meet business requirements and maintain documentation of all activities. Provides on-call technical support as needed. Position is based in Carmel, IN and works directly with FCCI's Supervisor, Network Service Admin for technical mentoring.

Experience

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of one year experience in troubleshooting and repair of computer equipment.
• A minimum of one year of experience with enterprise networks.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Solid working knowledge of computer equipment repair techniques.
• Solid working knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Occasional overtime, including evening and weekend work to meet deadlines.
• Occasional on-call availability to meet customer needs.
• Some overnight travel may be required.
• Requires occasional lifting (with or without reasonable accommodations) of computers and related equipment that weighs approximately 40 pounds; lifting requires the use of supportive equipment.

• A Certification preferred.
• ITIL Certification recommended.
