GenCare Lifestyle @ Steel Lake in Federal Way is a Premier Senior Independent/Assisted Living/Memory Care Community. We have an immediate opening for a part-time LPN. MUST HAVE A NURSING DEGREE and experience in Assisted Living to be considered for this position.

 PT Benefits: Paid sick (1 hour for every 40 worked, able to roll over max of 56 hours), if working over 19 hours per week 401K eligible after 6 months with up to a 4% employer match after one year of employment, quarterly raises, First Choice Health Employee Assistance Program, quarterly raises for hourly employees after 6 months of employment, free meal at work.

The Wellness Nurse assists those responsible for the daily coordination and oversight of all aspects of the health services department in accordance with Federal, State, and local regulations.

Duties include:

Coordinate, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the staff of caregiver's and med aides.

Experience in Senior Living and understanding of Washington regulations is preferred.

Resident/patient assessment experience a plus! 

Salary is highly competitive and dependent on experience.
