Fisher Construction group is seeking a self-driven, detail-oriented Building Information Modeling (BIM) designer to be part of our talented group of architects and engineers.

BIM Designer Duties and Responsibilities:

• The BIM Designer I works as an integral part of the design/build team, which is led by the architect managing the project and includes the following-
• Works in 3D modeling environments, primarily in REVIT, in generating models and detailing buildings and associated components.
• Prepares construction drawings, easements drawings and construction plans using customer requirements and guidelines to facilitate construction.
• Assists project architects/engineers in completing their projects by producing construction documents.
• Independently identifies potential issues during modeling such as clash detection.
• Performs conversion of more complex .pdf and CAD files to Revit BIM format.

BIM Designer Qualifications:

• Skill in computer-aided drafting, specifically Revit design software along with demonstrated competence in Navisworks, MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Projects and Access.
• Associate’s Degree or Certificate in Architectural Technology or similar.

Compensation/Benefits:

Fisher Construction Group provides a competitive package. Depending on experience, employment offers will range between $75,000 to $98,521 annually, with a potential bonus of up to $9,500.
