Job description: The Field Manager- Residential Production position is fast-paced and self-motivating and includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

Oversee residential production crews/projects to ensure adherence to Ferguson standards and manufacturer specifications.
Communicate daily in a timely manner via email, phone, text, and face to face interactions with customers, 1099 installation crews, and other Ferguson team members.
Respond quickly to installation crew needs and report changes in schedule to your direct supervisor in a timely manner.
Remain flexible and ready to respond to the constantly evolving needs of projects and crews.
Perform kick off job site visits to ensure crews have the necessary materials and information to complete the job in the scheduled time.
Perform post install job site visits to review work performed by install crews and ensure customer satisfaction.
Review and respond to department callbacks/recalls as needed. Including resolving customer concerns.
Source and deliver materials to job sites. Including pulling and operating a standard and dump bed trailer.
Help facilitate purchasing and best practices for job and truck material.
Assist in determining warehouse inventory requirements and maintain a clean and organized warehouse and yard area.
Perform other duties, at the direction of management, as needed to support the department and company.
Frequent use and climbing of ladders.
