As a Business Development Manager, you would play a crucial role in identifying & acquiring new business, maintaining client relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives.

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Oakland Park, Broward

Salary: 50K - 60K DOE Commission

Responsibilities:

• Proactively seek and pursue leads to expand business opportunities for the staffing agency.
• Cultivate relationships with client hiring managers to develop partnerships.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations showcasing agency services and solutions.
• Negotiate contract terms with clients.
• Achieve sales targets and exceed predetermined quotas.
• Sustain communication and engagement with existing clients to nurture ongoing business relationships.
• Manage existing accounts, secure orders, and identify opportunities for growth through strategic planning and organization.

Qualifications:

• The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
• General computer skills such as internet browsing, email, database, etc.
• Enterprise and business to business sales experience.
• Must be able to travel extensively within your assigned region.
• Must address external and internal customer issues and ensure effective and long-term problem resolution.
