Elevator Services Group is Hiring a Customer Services Liason Near Mineola, NY
We are looking for a full-time, qualified customer service representative to work in our Service, Maintenance, and Repair department. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with our customers with regards to scheduling, contracts, proposals, general support, and more. This position is full in-office. Major Responsibilities Include (but not limited to)
Speaking with new and existing customers regarding new contracts and changes to the same
Onboarding new customers and buildings
Communicating customer needs and new customers to our service department
Assisting our accounting department with collections as needed
Assisting with proposals as needed
Checking in with customers periodically

Our ideal candidate should posses the following skills and experience:
Able to organize themselves
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Good knowledge of Excel and other office products
Be willing and able to learn skills as needed (both practical and technological)
Be able to communicate well to coworkers, management, and customers
