Summary:
The Mechanical Estimator is responsible for preparing and/or coordinating the preparation of complete and accurate estimates on Design/Build projects working specifically with our Life Sciences team. In addition, the Estimator is responsible for preparing the proposal package, which includes preliminary schedule, clarifications, comprehensive estimates and quantity survey, among other project-specific documents. As a key role in our organization, this person is expected to build effective relationships with team members, external customers, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
