Job Summary
Front Desk Receptionist is the face and voice of the company, creating a positive first impression through exceptional customer service. This person provides a warm and inviting environment for all guests, members, and employees. They perform administrative and clerical responsibilities and are responsible for coordinating and booking reservations for our restaurant. This position also receives and directs visitors, vendors, and members to appropriate locations and parties in a friendly and professional manor.
Tasks/Duties
· Answers phones and appropriately direct calls to the proper extensions
· Responds to member requests
· Takes lunch and dinner reservations
· Creates floorplans for dinner
· Tracks lunch and dinner reservations using the Jonas Activity Module
· Greets and assists guests and members and always utilizes members last names
· Communicates effectively via in person, over the phone, with the club’s mobile app, and through email
· Distributes function agreements to all necessary department heads
· Takes ownership of member requests, organizes communications to appropriate department heads, and follows up with members accordingly
· Promotes a positive team atmosphere with all staff and management
· Assist in developing club event flyers and menus
· Update and print menus as needed
· Filing and organizing membership data
· Assisting with the club’s mobile app when needed
· Keeping the front office clean, organized, and restock goods when needed
· Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements

· Exceptional member service
· Food & Beverage background and Jonas POS knowledge is a plus
· Proficient with Microsoft Office & Outlook
