Deep Blue Company is Hiring a Financial Analyst Near The Woodlands, TX
Summary
The Financial Analyst will participate in all core functions of the Finance team, including budget processes, treasury/cash management, investor relations and stakeholder communications, financial reporting activities, capital raises, and evaluation of company capital allocation and investment decisions.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of annual budget and internal cash planning forecasts.
- Prepare financial analyses to monitor company operations & performance and effectively communicate results and recommendations to appropriate internal personnel.
- Assist with the management of revolving credit facility, including bank communications and compliance packages.
- Analyze and help structure external capital raises to fund the company’s growth initiatives as needed.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast company results, identify trends, and support strategic initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly & quarterly reporting materials for the Board and other stakeholders.
- Develop presentations for a variety of uses in both internal and external communication.
- Collaborate with appropriate personnel and parties to gather input and feedback concerning company financial performance and accounting procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of comprehensive evaluations, proposals, and recommendations to executive leadership, committees, and other stakeholders.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, accounting, or a related field required.
- Must have excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
