Doyle Construction Company is Hiring a Quality Control Manager Near Rockville, MD
We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, process improvement, and regulatory compliance. The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance plans on projects, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality. The successful candidate will also be able to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to ensure that all products meet the required standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Monitor and review product quality performance.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans for non-conforming products.
- Conduct internal and external audits of quality systems.
- Develop and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness of quality processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
- Lead the development of quality improvement initiatives.
- Conduct root cause analysis for product defects.
