POSITION SUMMARY:

Oversees and assists in the overall operation of the Warehouse.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Requires working in the warehouse area unloading trucks using a power or hand truck to move pallets.
• Moves incoming products to proper storage locations and rotates stock as necessary.
• Distributes weekly staples, non-food products to the Neshaminy Manor Home and other locations as necessary.
• Heavy lifting (i.e., moves 55-gallon drums).
• Maintains complete inventory figures of products stored in warehouse area.
• Must learn all aspects of procurement including record keeping, product locations and specifications and ordering products from various outside vendors.
• Serves as backup for the following areas: central supply, mail delivery and distribution and receiving.
• May be required to perform additional work that follows prescribed or well-established procedures that can be learned within a reasonable time by training on the job. More detailed instructions, as to the nature of their duties, will be given to employees at the beginning of work.
• Other duties as assigned.
