WHAT THIS OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT ROLE ENTAILS :
As our full-time Pet Care Facility Operations Manager, you'll manage a team of 15 personnel across multiple departments, including daycare, boarding, grooming, and training.
Your role will involve hiring, coaching, and monitoring performance while maintaining our high standards of service. You'll be instrumental in operations management, ensuring policies are followed, and staff are trained effectively.
Each day, you'll play a hands-on role, supporting your team in providing exceptional care to our furry clients and their owners.
Your leadership will foster an environment of excellence and compassion in everything we do!
Here's what we need from you :
- 5 years of experience in a management role
- Experience planning, budgeting, and staffing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great time management skills with strong attention to detail
