Summary/Objective:
The Admin/Clerk is responsible for maintaining all paperwork coming to and from the Elkhart Warehouse, such as PODs, shippers and packing slips. Assist warehouse manager in organizing shipping documents and delivery routes. Helps with inside sales and with purchasing and receiving documents and tracking.

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office setting within a manufacturing environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as telephones, computers, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This list is not all inclusive.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to speak and listen. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping crouching, as well as, use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee may be required to lift/move items over 50 pounds.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position and business hours and days are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Due to the nature of this role, flexibility may be required to work outside of normal business hours 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
