Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Property Asset Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management, leasing, and sales. If you have a passion for negotiating and providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.
Duties:
- Manage a portfolio of properties ensuring optimal performance and profitability
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, service providers, and tenants
- Oversee property leasing and marketing activities
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine rental rates and property values
- Collaborate with the property management team to address tenant needs and resolve issues promptly
- Utilize Nexus and Kardin softwares
- Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in property management, asset management, or related field
- Strong negotiation skills and customer service orientation
- Proficiency in Office suite and property management softwares (Nexus and Kardin)
- Knowledge of property leasing, sales, and marketing strategies
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
