Advocacy Specialist
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in a human services field is required. A bachelor’s degree in social work or master’s degree in social work or counseling with licensure in the state of North Dakota and at least one year of direct social service experience is preferred. Upon hire, the candidate will receive training as recommended by the North Dakota Council on Abused Women’s Services to provide direct service to clients.
COMPENSATION: $36,999-$55,499 ($46,249 midpoint) based on education and experience. Benefits include a generous leave package including annual leave, sick leave and personal days; 11 paid holidays; health, dental, vision, and life insurance; 403(b) with employer match; potential eligibility for federal student loan forgiveness. CVIC participates in the ND Working Parents Child Care Relief program.
