Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Superintendent to join our construction team. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site construction activities and managing all necessary field personnel. Candidate should have the ability to delegate tasks and follow up on task completion. Candidate must have a valid driver's license.

Requirements:
- Ability to read blueprints and perform layouts per drawings.
- Ability to supervise and lead employees and subcontractors
- Communicate with customers and vendors
- Ability to supervise and lead employees and subcontractors
- Ability to review daily worksheets and daily inspections logs for equipment.
- Ability to travel for extended periods of work out of town. Including weekends.
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and controlling costs.
-Ability to work from heights, as much as 300'.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
