Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide essential assistance to individuals in need. The Caregiver will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and offer support in a home care setting.

Duties:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Aid in mobility and physical therapy exercises
- Assist individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, including working with people with autism
- Lift and transfer clients safely, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
- Follow care plans and ensure all needs are met

Requirements:
- Proven experience in caregiving or related field
- Knowledge of home community care practices
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
- Ability to provide social work support to clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical endurance for heavy lifting and long periods of standing
