Position Description:

Clean, a division of UniFirst, is looking for a Customer Development Representative/Hybrid Sales Consultant. The position offers a generous base salary plus commissions, as well as health, dental, vision, life insurance and 401k matching, car and cell phone allowances, and bonus potential.

Responsibilities:

Internal Sales

• Complete needs analysis in current customers
• Direct RSRs to opportunities based on needs
• Manage sampling programs
• Analyze growth areas in location with GM
• Create/manage promotions/Power Routes based on data
• Uncover direct sale opportunities (Current customers)
• Present reselling presentations on larger opportunities

External Sales

• Follow up on route leads and call ins
• Cloverleaf area of leads and market/mine data
• Perform call blocks as needed
• Assist with open territories
• Assist with management of prospect CEDs
• Promote brand awareness in territories

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational skills
• High energy level
• Ability to persuade and influence others
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with sales tracking software
• Clean driving record
• College degree preferred (but not required)
• Two years business-to-business selling experience
