• Must be an analytical thinker and have problem-solving skills.
• Communicate effectively orally and in writing, including presenting complex and technical information.
• Develop and maintain project documentation/artifacts and management reports/dashboards.
• Support the development of Policies, Procedures, and Operations Guidelines.
• Develop tactical roadmaps and plans.
• Prepare reports, studies, and briefings.
• Perform work independently following guidelines within the context of regulations, legislation, industry practices, and County policies.
• Support the timely and accurate preparation of responses to requests for information from relevant stakeholders as needed.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices; assess and recommend new solutions, and ensure proper integration into ongoing operations; research, learn, and deploy new solutions; work with experts in the industry, and vendor community to identify state of the art solutions, which may include emerging technologies; provide advice, direction, and consultative services to stakeholders.
