Costa Mesa, CA Member Concierge Department Job Type Full-time Description The **Jr. Member Concierge** serves as the liaison between Client Giant members, clients, and vendor fulfillment partners.

Requirements **This position carries the following responsibilities included but not limited to:**

* Execution and fulfillment of daily events

* Live chat support Mon to Fri, 9am-6pm

* Customer service related needs/solutions via email/phone call

* Planning of unique/catered gifts

* Management/re-ordering of office supplies

* Other miscellaneous tasks as called for by the business
