WHAT’S THE JOB?

We are looking for team members who are proficient in customer service and have a good work ethic and attitude that matches the image of our company.Clearwave is seeking high-quality individuals who embody a "people first" mentality with an outstanding positive attitude. Team Members are responsible for greeting customers, educating customers on our unlimited memberships, managing existing memberships, guiding vehicles safely into the wash, housekeeping around the facility, and light maintenance in the free vacuum area.

We provide 401k plans and one free unlimited Works plan to each Team Member. Car wash experience is not required but prior customer service experience is preferred.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers with a smile, wave, and cheerful attitude
• Safely guide customers into the wash
• Ensure a positive experience for every guest
• Provide customer service with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
• Be coachable and eager to learn about wash packages and services offered
• Sell and manage memberships through point of sale system
• Light maintenance, cleaning, and housekeeping around the lot and free vacuum areas
• 1-2 hours of deep cleaning every evening
• Opening and closing duties, including weekend availability

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, or bend for long periods of time
• Ability to work in an outdoor environment including heat and cold
• Ability to work in clean and dirty conditions
• Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently
• Ability to climb a ladder up to 6' and work at height for up to an hour per day in 10 minute intervals
• Ability to work in a wet and/or loud environment with or without reasonable accommodations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 36 per week
