At each campus, First Impressions creates a comfortable environment, so people are open to hearing the truth of God’s Word. From the parking lot to the auditorium, volunteers make Church Unlimited feel like home to every person who walks through the doors.

What you'll do:

• Assist in maintaining volunteer schedules to guarantee First Impressions responsibilities are met.
• Assist in training the First Impressions Team while setting clear expectations and coaching them to achieve results.
• Assist in the management of systems and processes related to First Impressions.
• Initiate volunteer conversations.
• Bring in volunteers to add to and grow the team.
• Follow up with volunteers from when they begin serving to ensure satisfaction.
• Equip, invest in, develop, and release leaders into the church and community.
• Always bring your best because you know excellence honors God and inspires people.
• Resolve any conflicts that may arise.
