Program Summary: Residential Supportive Living Services supports people with barriers to independent living by providing safe and therapeutic home environments that encourage independence and provide person centered services and supports. RSLS has 9 facilities and 50 residents with various needs. Staff in these programs provide support and independent skills training to clients in the homes.

Position Summary: The Training Specialist is responsible to coordinate all required staff training to ensure compliance in DHS and Catholic Charities training requirements. The Training Specialist will maintain systems and processes to assure all staff are effectively trained for their positions.

1. Lead and manage all training operations for Supportive Living Services group homes
2. Client Care
3. Fiscal Management
4. Home and Vehicle Maintenance
5. Program Management Tasks (non-routine tasks)
6. Other duties as assigned 

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Job Related Experience: Two (2) years working in a group residential setting required. Bi-lingual or multi-lingual preferred.

Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Valid driver’s license required. Ability to successfully pass a Catholic Charities driver’s check.
