Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Service or related field with 3 years of relevant experience and at least 1 year of Supervisory experience; OR Master’s in social work, Counseling, or related field plus NYS License with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Degree requirements dependent upon program funding parameters.

· Required to report any known or suspected violation of laws, regulations, policies, or procedures related to programs, services, agency operations, or personnel of the agency.
· Required to maintain accurate documentation including, but not limited to, purchase orders, petty cash, expenditures, mileage records, and time sheets
· Attend all trainings as necessary for job performance.
