JOB POSITION: In-Home Caregiver
JOB LOCATION: Fall Creek, Wi.
START DATE: As soon as possible

WAGE:

• $15/hr.

SCHEDULE:

• Set full-time schedule! Monday through Friday, dayshift
• Flexible on start and end times. Preferring a 6a.m.-2p.m. -or- 7a.m.-3p.m. daily shift

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Assist with transfers (Member utilizes wheelchair, walker, and gait belt. Potential for chair lift in future)
• Assist/supervise physical tasks (ie. Assist with dressing/bathing/meal prep)
• Provide care and companionship! This member enjoys staying independent as possible. Enjoys getting her hair and nails done, as well as socializing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Must pass background check.
• Experience with transfers, preferred.

*If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a Member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN’s role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
