Overall responsibility is to ensure an efficient, cost-effective front office operation that maintains high standards of servcice commensurate with company p[olicy. Oversees the smooth function of the fron office operations, assures goodwill towards guests at all times.

• Oversees smooth, effective operations of department's responisbile for and assure training prgams are followed and hotel policies enacted.

• Interact daily with General Manager to resolve current problems and discuss happenings in the hotel.

• Represent General Manager on days off resolving employee problems and guest complaints and any other hotel problems.

• Receive and code all bills pertaining to the Front Office and Reservations Department.
